It happen that people that I know, who are very kind, are actually suffering from cancer. People that I know who are very active, suffering from heart attack because of his cholesterol. People who seems to be very very happy with his life, could bear so much of pain. I do, have sickness that I need to fight. Because hey, tiada sakit tiada ubatnya melainkan mati. Kan?
I consistently remind myself everyday to be grateful for whatever I have. Be it for my health or my sickness. For people who stick around me through ups and downs. Oh I mean, for everything I had in my life that I couldn't put in words.
Back to my title of this post! The best reminder for you is actually yourself. I believe you know what is right and wrong for your own journey of life. Sometimes it could be contrary to whatever people think of you.
The best way to set reminder to your future is to write for yourself. Put it into your email. Read it when the time comes. Its like a time capsule! It could be 'things that you grateful for' which you can read whenever you are down. Or things that you don't want to forget, anything that teach you how to live happier, orrrr whatever. You decide.
